Jack
Bowman addressed a large audience on September 23, 2003, at the
University of Charleston. An article about Jack's talk was published
in The Charleston Gazette. The article, "Renew values,
UC forum told," relayed Jack's take on Enron, WoldCom, Adelphia and
the Johnson & Johnson Tylenol scare.
Betty
S. Ireland and Meredith Bartlett were
featured in the September issue of A Woman's
View magazine. The article, "Dynamic Duo," describes
the "fresh, open thinking" characteristic of Jackson Kelly
Solutions' management.
Contract
Management, the magazine of the National Contract Management
Association, has published an article
adapted from Jack Bowman's talk, Good Ethics Is Good Business.

Joyce
McCune Gentry of Acacia Environmental Group LLC was quoted in an article
in the June 19, 2003 issue of The Charleston Gazette. The article
concerns Joyce's presentation at the
Environmental Quality Board's public hearing regarding proposed changes and
additions to state water quality standards.

Maria Witmer-Rich and Rick Wilson
attended the WVDEP
Division of Air Quality's Quarterly Workshop in Wheeling on March 20, 2003.
One of the main purposes of the workshop was to review the EPA's 8-hr Ozone
Designation Process. Maria recently hosted an on-line seminar about the
process ("MIRA as a Tool for Region III 8-Hour Ozone Area Nonattainment
Designation") and has worked extensively with the MIRA (Multi-criteria
Integrated Assessment) tool, evaluating the sensitivity of the tool and its
inputs on behalf of the industrial community.

on March 18, 2004. The seminar will teach managers and
